Technician’s Note: If your soda pump is “cycling” or running continuously after a bag change, check the internal O-ring on the QCD-II connector. A dry or cracked seal can allow air to be sucked into the vacuum side of the pump, preventing it from reaching the shut-off pressure. We recommend a light coating of food-grade CIP lubricant on the connector probe to ensure a smooth, airtight engagement every time you swap a box.
