Operators engage IPX6 water-rated electronic Classic controls and electronic ignition for dependable, repeatable performance in wet, fast-paced environments. A smooth crank tilt promotes ergonomic, measured pours into pans, carts, or portioning containers.

Built with a 316 stainless steel liner and stainless steel construction, it withstands daily use and acidic ingredients. A 50 PSI jacket rating, flanged feet, and floor-mounted control console supports stabilize operation from 0–2000′ elevation; it is cCSAus and NSF certified and Made in USA.
