If you want to increase your daily sales, use the Hatco GRCMW-1DH dual-shelf merchandiser warmer to hold and display your best offerings. This 26″ wide unit has two decks that can fit two half-size food pans or a full-size pan for the upper shelf, all of which are protected by food stops.
The unit can be easily turned on and off with the rocker switch and each deck is thermostatically controlled, allowing you to get the precise temperature in which various products can preserve their freshness and highest quality. With the presence of a water reservoir that can hold five cups of water at a time, the heated base is also able to combine heat and humidity during operation to prevent food from drying out.
The sides are glass with the back mirrored and the interior illuminated with beautiful Xenon lights for enhanced presentation. They are all removable so that they can be cleaned thoroughly to maintain a pristine and pleasant appearance. The upper glass sneeze guard offers the benefit of protecting the food from bacteria and harmful particles, so you can be confident that the food stays clean and sanitary while on display.
The Hatco GRCMW-1DH merchandiser warmer is proudly USA-made and meets standards of health and food safety set by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4. It is shipped with 1″ adjustable legs and a 6′ cord with plug. The unit comes standard in black color, but you can select various designer hues to better fit your space.
