This 1/2″ ID High-Temp Tubing is a premium solution for brewery transfers where heat resistance and purity are paramount. Being 100% PVC-free and BPA-free, it ensures zero flavor leaching, even at elevated temperatures. The large 1/2-inch internal diameter allows for high-volume flow from kettles or mash tuns, significantly reducing transfer times. Made from specialized food-grade elastomers, it is more flexible than standard vinyl and offers superior resistance to kinking and chemical sanitizers.
Brewery Setup Tip: This tubing is ideal for “hot side” gravity transfers or low-pressure pump lines. To ensures a secure connection, use stainless steel worm-gear clamps over 1/2″ barbs. While it is high-temp rated, it is not intended for high-pressure boiling wort (use reinforced silicone for that application). Its clear walls allow for easy monitoring of flow and cleanliness.
