A two-tank design (wash/power rinse) pairs with a 22″ recirculating prewash to strip food soil before final rinse, reducing bottlenecks in prep, service, and banquets. With 25″ clearance through the machine, it accommodates large trays and sheet pans common in cafeterias, commissaries, and hotels.
Built with stainless steel construction and steam coil tank heat, this unit is engineered for durability and consistent performance. An 8″ vent cowl/splash shield and vent fan control support proper ventilation management in tightly planned dishroom layouts.
