Designed for commercial use, this John Boos SB010-O Work Table Top is durable, made from real wood, and has a beautiful finish. It is ideal for use in baking. Its hard rock maple is safe for contact with food. It’s penetrating oil finish is NSF certified. The SB010-O has a full-length edge grain butt jointed construction. It has 4″ high coved risers on both its back and sides. Its Table Top is 1-3/4″ thick.
