This John Boos SC011-O is a commercial grade Work Table Top. It is ideal for use in bakeries or in other baking applications. It has a 1-3/4″ thick flat table top, made from hard rock maple. It has a full length edge grain butt jointed construction. This SC011-O has a NSF-certified penetrating oil finish.
