An open tubular stainless steel frame balances visibility and strength while minimizing weight. 4″ swivel casters—two with brakes—let staff steer through tight spaces, stage at the line, and lock the unit securely during service.
Each tube accepts dishes up to 7-1/2″ diameter to support common salad, dessert, and bread plates. The self-leveling mechanism keeps the top plate within easy reach, reducing grab time and helping maintain portioning rhythm.
