Description
The Lancer Universal Ice Machine Adapter Spacer 3″ ACIB is a structural mechanical component designed to bridge the gap between a top-mounted ice machine and the ACIB bin frame. It provides the necessary vertical clearance to ensure ice falls directly into the dispense auger path without splashing or clumping on the internal agitator bars.
Problem Solved: Restores proper mechanical alignment between the ice head and bin. Replaces warped or missing spacers that cause ‘ice spillover’ or allow warm air to enter the bin through unsealed gaps.
Symptoms of Failure: Ice building up on the bin rim instead of the center, excessive moisture ‘sweating’ at the machine interface, or a loose ice machine head that vibrates excessively during use.
