The Lancer Check Valve Abco Assembly Kit for FS30 is a precision one-way fluid barrier designed to prevent high-pressure carbonated water from backing up into syrup supply lines. It maintains the system’s pressure integrity and prevents syrup from being forced back toward the BIB pumps.
Problem Solved: Corrects flavor cross-contamination and prevents damage to BIB pumps caused by back-pressure surges. Fixes ‘watery’ syrup complaints and ensures each valve only pours its intended brand.
Symptoms of Failure: Finding ‘watery’ syrup in the lines, the syrup pump cycling when the unit is idle, or flavor carry-over where one flavor tastes like another.
