Description
The Lancer Auger Motor Assembly for Sensation is the primary electrical drive unit responsible for powering the mechanical ice delivery mechanism. It provides the high-torque rotation required to drive the auger shaft, pushing ice from the internal bin through the dispense chute into the customer’s glass.
Problem Solved: Restores consistent mechanical delivery of ice. Replaces seized or burnt-out motors that cause ‘No Ice’ service calls. This assembly is engineered to overcome the high resistance of wet or clumped ice common in high-humidity environments.
Symptoms of Failure: The motor humming loudly but the auger failing to rotate, ice jams at the top of the chute, or the dispenser tripping the circuit breaker whenever the ice lever is pressed.
