The Lancer Block Mounting Assembly GMV/Versa-Pour is the primary structural manifold anchor for the dispensing valves. It sits between the incoming product lines and the valve heads, featuring precision-drilled ports for syrup and water to ensure a 100% fluid-tight connection under high pressure.
Problem Solved: Fixes manifold-level syrup seepage. Replaces blocks that have developed hair-line cracks due to over-tightened mounting bolts or vibration fatigue. This block restores the original factory seal for the flavor circuit.
Symptoms of Failure: Syrup or water leaking from the back of the valve heads, even after o-rings have been replaced, or valves that ‘wobble’ in their mounting because the block threads are stripped.
Technician’s Note: Hand-tighten mounting screws only. Overtightening into the plastic block can crack the housing, leading to leaks that only appear once the system is under pressure. Use food-grade silicone on the manifold ports.Technical Specifications:
