The Lancer Nozzle Assembly Valve 4 FS30 is the fluid-shaping final stage of the dispensing head responsible for thoroughly mixing syrup and water at the factory-specified Brix ratio. It is engineered with internal flow-straighteners to optimize CO2 retention and ensure a smooth, splash-free pour into the cup.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor and prevents syrup waste by providing a positive shut-off and stable flow control. Replaces stained or pitted nozzles that harbor bacteria or cause turbulent pours.
Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting watered-down or overly sweet, constant dripping from the nozzle tip after release, or valves that ‘burp’ gas during a pour.
