Description
The Lancer Volumetric Valve Portion Control Panel is the user-interface module responsible for registering touch inputs and managing the portion control logic. It communicates directly with the volumetric flow meters to ensure that a Small, Medium, or Large pour contains the exact milliliter volume programmed by the operator.
Problem Solved: Restores the primary customer interaction point and corrects short-pour” or “over-fill” issues. Replaces non-responsive touchpads that prevent users from selecting beverage sizes.
Symptoms of Failure: Buttons that don’t respond to touch, “stuck” buttons that cause continuous pouring without stopping, or inaccurate serving sizes where a “Large” selection only fills half a cup.
Technician’s Note: Clean the panel only with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Excessive liquid or harsh chemicals can seep behind the membrane and short out the tactile circuit traces, leading to ghost inputs.Technical Specifications:
