This Lang 136CMW is an energy efficient, wall-mounted Electric Cheesemelter. Ideal for putting the finishing touches on dishes before serving them, it has infrared quartz heating elements. Heating in seconds, they operate at temperatures up to 1650°F. This prevents the need for idle or pre-heating time. They are weight-sensing, turning instantly on once a plate is placed on its elements or off once it is removed. This maximizes energy efficiency and energy savings.
This 136CMW has a compact design. Shipped for wall-mounted operations, it includes wall brackets for user convenience. It has a corrosion resistant stainless steel body and an aluminized steel rear cover. These features maximize its durability while giving it a professional appearance. This Cheesemelter has a removable rear panel, making it possible to convert it for pass-through operations.
