The Manitowoc Indigo NXT Series Ice Maker, model IYP1000A, is a cube-style, air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser. It measures 30″W x 24.5″D x 29.5″H and produces dice size cubes. Production capacity is up to 971 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 781 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°.
An easyTouch display offers 13 language options, a date/time stamp display, and an automatic reminder/alert icon. Operators get one touch asset information, automatic detection of accessories, and continuous operating status, plus programmable production by time, weight, day, or night. One touch cleaning with displayed instructions, Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, and self-diagnostic technology are built in, with a DuraTech exterior, R290 refrigerant, and NSF, cULus, and CE compliance.
