The CT301 is electric, which makes it a great choice for convenience stores, food trucks, etc. This oven features baking stones for quick cooking and a crisp pizza every time.
This oven has two decks so you can cook 2 18″ pizzas at a time. Do you have a deep dish pizza on your menu? With a deck almost 4″, this oven will easily accommodate.
