Technician’s Note: When replacing the sensor, ensures the connection terminals on the back of the EWPlus unit are clean and free of corrosion. For the most accurate fermentation control, place the sensor tip inside a thermowell or tape it securely to the side of the vessel with a layer of insulation to measure liquid temperature rather than air.
