The possibilities of creating perfect preparations with Cookmatic have been multiplied.Four different plates for the realization of always perfect shape pâte à choux: cube, cylinder, round and rectangular éclair.Grooves in relief on the entire perimeter of the shapes allow the vapor to escape, in a regular way.The dough expands during cooking, becoming hollow, ready to be filled.
