We start by completely disassembling the machinery, sanding the entire appliance and replacing worn, substandard parts and wires to bring your mixer back to manufacturer specifications. Once completed, we test each mixer to ensure that it runs flawlessly. Baffle is manually operated and designed to move product into the cutter blades.
