The Salvajor 100-CA-12-MRSS-LD commercial food waste disposer is built for high-volume kitchens. A 1 Hp motor pairs with a 12″ cone assembly and 6-1/2″ inlet to keep scrapping and rinsing moving at prep and pot sinks. Its heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily service in demanding operations.
