The Salvajor 100-SA-6-WSP water saving package combines an operator sensor, disposer, and sink assembly to accelerate food waste handling while reducing water use. A 1 Hp motor with automatic reversing delivers reliable grinding, and push-button controls streamline training and workflow. The ARSS-LD control adds water-saving logic, a safety line disconnect, and drain/flush/time delay functions for consistent operation.

The operator sensor activates flow and grinding only when needed, conserving utilities without slowing crews. Time-delay flushes help rinse lines between loads for cleaner, faster turnarounds.
