Description

Built for busy commercial kitchens, the Salvajor 200-CA-MRSS garbage disposal accelerates scrap handling at dish and prep areas. A powerful 2-HP motor grinds food waste quickly to keep staff moving and sinks clear. The included cone assembly with a 6-1/2 inch inlet directs scraps smoothly into the disposer.

Operators can engage the manual reverse switch to dislodge tough loads and reduce downtime. A heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to constant use and moisture. The rubber scrap ring helps contain splashes for a cleaner, more controlled work zone.

For consistent water delivery at the cone, the unit includes a chrome plated vacuum breaker with solenoid, flow control, and fixed nozzle. The MRSS control panel measures 9-1/4 in x 10-1/4 in x 5-7/16 in. The 200-CA-MRSS is UL, CSA, and CE listed.
