This Sammic ES-200 is a 26 lb. capacity Salad Dryer. With 2-speeds, it can process 22 lettuce heads in a single cycle. It reaches a maximum speed of 900 rpm, drying lettuce and other vegetables for 1-3 minutes to ensure good product quality. It has a transparent lid, allowing operators to determine when products are ready to be removed. It has a user-friendly, waterproof control panel that allows operators to select its speed and to choose from three available fixed cycles. This ES-200 has a stainless steel construction and basket, making it durable and easy to clean.
