The Scotsman Meridian HID540AX-1 with HST21B-A stand delivers hygienic, high-volume ice and water dispensing for busy service areas. Touchfree infrared dispensing, SmoothStream water delivery, and an enlarged 11″ dispensing area speed fills while minimizing contact. This air-cooled unit produces up to 500 lb/24 hours at 70°/50° (365 lb AHRI at 90°/70°) of H2 Nugget Ice and holds 40 lb in its internal bin.
Built for uptime and easy care, it features sealed maintenance-free bearings, a stainless steel evaporator and auger, removable bin, spouts, sink, and air filter, plus an enlarged 0.8″ sink drain and recessed utility chase for cleaner installs. A stainless steel exterior with AgION antimicrobial protection stands up to daily use. Service is streamlined with a USB software upgrade port and unit-specific QR code.
