Scotsman’s Prodigy Plus ice maker produces H2 Nugget Ice in a nugget style with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser for dependable operation. It delivers production capacity up to 862 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (695 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°). For chefs and operators, AutoAlert indicating lights, a front-facing removable air filter, a unit specific QR code, and one-touch cleaning, plus sealed maintenance-free bearings, support straightforward maintenance.
It features a stainless steel finish, stainless auger and evaporator, AgION antimicrobial protection, and R290 refrigerant, and is engineered and assembled in USA. The paired ice dispenser is a counter model measuring 30″W x 31″D x 41″H with approximately 250 lb storage capacity and water lever dispensing. Both components operate on 115v/60/1-ph and carry NSF and cULus listings.
