The Prodigy Plus® ice maker produces H2 Nugget Ice with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser. It delivers up to 862 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and is AHRI certified at 695 lb at 90°/70°, giving chefs and operators reliable output in real-world conditions. Sealed, maintenance-free bearings, a stainless auger and evaporator, and a stainless steel finish support demanding workflows and clean presentation.
AutoAlert™ indicating lights help staff monitor status, while a front facing removable air filter and one-touch cleaning streamline routine care. It also includes a unit specific QR code. With AgION™ antimicrobial protection, R290 refrigerant, 115v/60/1-ph power, and NSF and cULus compliance, this system is engineered and assembled in the USA.
