This 4363D-2CR uses 175,000 BTU of power to heat its two star/saute burners, 24″ charbroiler, and standard baking oven. With a standing pilot for open top burners and a battery spark ignition for oven bases, it is easy to start and convenient to use. It has a factory installed regulator and front-located manual gas shut-off.
The front rail, front, and sides are made from stainless steel. This makes the 4363D-2CR easier to clean and maintain, more sanitary, and increases its endurance. Stainless steel also gives it a professional, industrial appearance. Perfect for use in restaurants and other heavy-duty applications, this Range has removable, cast iron grates and a porcelain enamel oven interior. Its 6″ adjustable legs provide ideal leveling and height adjustment.
