Description
Super Kleer is a world-class, two-stage fining agent designed to rapidly clarify beer, wine, and cider. This 65 mL pack includes both Kieselsol (negatively charged) and Chitosan (positively charged), which work together to bond with and precipitate nearly all suspended proteins, yeast, and haze-causing particles. Super Kleer can achieve brilliant, commercial-grade clarity in as little as 12 to 48 hours, significantly reducing the time from fermentation to bottling.
Winemaker’s Pro-Tip: Timing is critical; always add the Kieselsol first, stir gently, and wait 1 hour before adding the Chitosan. Do not over-stir after the second addition, as this can break the bonds of the falling particles. This 65 mL packet is formulated to clarify up to 6 gallons (23L) of beverage. Store at room temperature; do not freeze.
