The T&S Brass ChekPoint EC-3103-VF5-LMV is a high-clearance touchless faucet designed for facilities with a pre-tempered water supply. Featuring a Swivel Gooseneck Spout and 4″ deck-mount centers, it provides the vertical clearance needed for medical scrubbing and large-scale prep tasks. This model is provided Less Mixing Valve and Supply Hoses (LMV), making it a streamlined component for integrated institutional plumbing systems. It delivers an efficient 0.5 GPM vandal-resistant spray for maximum water conservation and clinical hygiene.
Technician’s Note: This LMV configuration is specifically intended for connection to a single-line tempered water loop. Ensure the gooseneck is tightened securely to prevent rotation under pressure. Above-deck sensor electronics allow for easy maintenance without crawling under the sink. Flush supply lines thoroughly before final connection to protect the internal solenoid.
