The True TSSU-60-08-HC is a 60-inch, 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table built for dependable, day-to-day performance. Its self-contained, forced-air refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) to protect ingredients. A stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood help keep pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation. The cabinet features an all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for durability. The included 11-3/4-inch deep, full-length removable cutting board provides ample workspace in front of the rail, and the top accommodates eight 1/6 pans. Inside, heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves support organized storage.
