Its patented forced-air refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) for consistent, food-safe temperatures and is powered by a self-contained R290 hydrocarbon system. Foamed-in-place with Ecomate polyurethane insulation featuring zero ozone depletion potential, this unit maximizes cold retention and efficiency. A stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The 11-3/4″ deep full-length removable cutting board streamlines assembly, while heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves add organized storage.
