Its single-section, framed “Low-E” double pane glass door minimizes heat gain while showcasing contents, and a factory-balanced, self-contained R290 hydrocarbon system maintains 33°F to 38°F. A capillary tube design and electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors move air efficiently for fast, uniform recovery. Front-breathing operation supports tight, undercounter installs without side clearance.
Built for heavy use, the interior features two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves inside a clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners. LED lighting with safety shielding brightens the cabinet, while high-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place for long-term performance. The unit rides on 5″ stem castors (front set with brakes) and achieves a convenient 36″ work surface height. Made in the USA and compliant with NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food product, it’s a dependable, visibility-forward solution for busy prep and service stations.
