The True TWT-27-HC worktop refrigerator maximizes space by combining a reliable refrigerator with a durable prep surface. Its all stainless steel front, top, and ends are paired with a matching aluminum back. The top and backsplash are one continuous stainless steel piece, preventing food particles from being trapped underneath. An oversized forced-air refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 38°F. The cabinet includes a stainless steel self-closing solid door with a standard lock and two heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves to keep product organized and accessible. Foamed-in-place eco-friendly polyurethane insulation and 5″ diameter stem casters support mobility and performance. With an approximate 6.5 cu. ft. capacity and a 27.6″ width, the TWT-27-HC provides cold holding at 33°F to 38°F and a seamless one-piece worktop.
