The Turbo Air JST-36-N J Series sandwich/salad unit is built to streamline prep on the line. This side-mount, front-breathing, self-contained system delivers 7.5 cu. ft. of cold storage using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor. A 9-1/2 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick cutting board with side rail sits alongside eight 1/6 size pans, and the included 4 inch deep condiment pans keep ingredients ready for fast assembly. Inside, a stainless steel interior floor with aluminum side panels and door liner, LED interior light, and a PE coated wire shelf support clean, visible organization. The stainless steel top, front, and sides handle daily use, while the stainless steel swing door with recessed handle provides quick access. A hot gas condensate system and NEMA 5-15P connection round out a practical, plug-in design for busy kitchens.
