The rail accommodates (16) 1/6 size, 6 inch deep pans beneath a 9-1/2 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick high-density polyethylene cutting board for fast, organized prep. A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains 33°F to 39°F for food safety and easy oversight. Built for durability, it features a stainless steel exterior with an AL interior and stainless steel floor, high-density polyurethane insulation, and two swing doors with adjustable PE-coated wire shelves.
