The roll-thru, two-section layout with a stainless steel ramp enables smooth pass-through cart loading. Four full-length stainless steel solid doors are self-closing to retain heat yet feature a stay-open function for staging. A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains 140°F–180°F, while a ducted fan air distribution system promotes even holding throughout the 80.22 cu. ft. interior. LED interior lighting improves visibility, and lifetime guaranteed heavy duty hinges and handles stand up to high-volume use. The stainless steel interior and exterior with galvanized steel top and bottom deliver durability and cleanability.
