The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D4-N-FL is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table with a flat lid engineered to streamline high-volume prep. Its two-section, rear mount self-contained compressor pairs with a cold bunker system to help maintain consistent temperatures across an 18-pan top opening with lid. A 9-1/2″ deep cutting board supports efficient assembly, while four drawers organize ingredients for fast access. The 48-1/4″W x 34″D x 32-7/8″H cabinet provides 15.0 cu. ft. of capacity in a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom. A digital temperature control & monitor system simplifies oversight, and a self-cleaning condenser helps reduce routine maintenance.
