Description

The i5-TC oven uses TurboChef’s patented technology to rapidly cook food without compromising quality. This rapid cook oven will provide superior cooking every time while requiring less space and consuming less energy than traditional cooking methods. It comes standard with an integral recirculating catalytic converter for UL listed ventless operation. The unit uses a top launched microwave system and vertically-recirculated air impingement for fast and even cooking. The stirrer helps to ensure even distribution of air and microwave.

The i5 has a stainless steel interior and exterior construction with an ergonomic door handle. The fully insulated cook chamber comes with a removable rack and top and bottom jetplates. The 7″ capacitive touch screen has a tempered glass cover. The touch controls are intuitive and easy to use.
