A 22-inch tempered curved breathguard with integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression helps protect staff and guests. The recirculating downdraft vent captures and filters cooking effluent to support clean, comfortable front-of-house operations.

The included 59501 Mirage drop-in range powers made-to-order items, while the rectangular countertop cutting board streamlines prep in the non-induction position you choose—left or right.
