This Wells HDHP-1230G Hotplate is ideal for cooking multiple items at once. With two 26,500 BTU burners, it can simultaneously cook, boil, steam, saute or fry different items at once. Its burners are individually regulated with adjustable heat controls, On/Off control valves, and an adjustable air shutter for perfect combustion. The burners and top grates are both made from cast iron while its front and sides are made from stainless steel. This HDHP-1230G comes with a removable drip pan for easy cleaning.
