Made of heavyweight 4.0 mm thick aluminum, it heats up fast and provides excellent thermal conductivity. In addition, it has a reinforced rim and bottom so it is strong enough to retain its shape under high temperatures.
Featuring wide riveted handles, this NSF certified stock pot is easy to transport and will not dent or warp from heavy restaurant use.
