Use Winco CBF-1218 Flexible Cutting Mats, Assorted Colors 12″ x 18″ to promote sanitary food preparation and to protect your customers from food borne illness. By assigning specific food types to each color cutting board, you will avoid mixing different food particles and thereby prevent cross contamination.
These cutting mats come in six assorted colors and are made of flexible polyethylene which prevents knife edges from becoming blunt, while its flexible 1/16″ thick construction makes it easy to transfer food into pots, salads or storage.
