Description
The Wolf C60SS-10B 60″ wide Endurance gas range delivers flexibility and adaptability to any commercial kitchen. It comes with 2 standard ovens base and a 6 burner top. Heavy-duty and versatile, it fits perfectly in tight spaces when you need a flexible piece of equipment for multiple tasks. The unit is available in Natural and Propane gas.
Each burner provides 30,000 BTU of heating power and lifts off for easy cleaning and maintenance. The energy-saving flash tube open burner ignition system is shrouded for reliability. Burner knobs are made of cool-to-touch, high-temperature material. The ovens have a standard baker’s depth and are supplied with 2 racks and 4 rack positions a piece. The C60SS-10B is constructed of a stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf.
