At 51-7/8 inches wide, it features two drawers that accommodate three 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (not included), making it easy to organize mise en place for fast service. The stainless steel front and sides pair with an aluminum back, while the aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor is built for frequent loading and quick wipe-downs. Four-inch castors add mobility for cleaning and layout changes. A 1/4 HP refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and runs on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 2.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
