Description
The Lancer Plate and 3-2-1 Flex Manifold Assembly is the central distribution core for a 6-valve LEV drop-in unit. It manages the high-pressure routing of syrup and carbonated water to individual dispensing heads. The ‘Flex’ design allows for customized flavor configurations and features precision-machined internal channels to ensure equal pressure across all 6 circuits.
Problem Solved: Corrects ‘flavor carry-over’ where one beverage circuit contaminates another—a sign of breached internal manifold walls. It also replaces manifold blocks with stripped mounting threads or hair-line cracks that cause persistent syrup ‘seepage’ behind the splash plate.
Symptoms of Failure: Syrup or water leaking from the back of the valve manifold, inconsistent Brix ratios across multiple valves, or finding a ‘sticky’ syrup buildup in the internal water bath area of the dispenser.
Technician’s Note: This is a high-pressure assembly. Always depressurize the CO2 and water supply before opening the cabinet. Lube the port o-rings with food-grade silicone (Petrol-Gel) to ensure the stainless steel lines seat perfectly without tearing the seals.Technical Specifications:
