The Bakers Pride ER-2-12-5736 electric double deck oven powers high-volume baking with dependable consistency. Two stacked chambers, each 57 inches wide by 36 inches deep with a 12-inch baking chamber height, let teams load pizzas, hearth breads, and pastries side by side. U-shaped elements above and below each deck deliver even heat across the baking surface.
With 24 kW of electric power and a 150–550°F range, operators can dial in settings for everything from New York–style pies to artisan loaves. A stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior are fully insulated to hold temperature and help keep outer surfaces cooler for staff safety.
Independent deck controls and a 60-minute timer streamline timing during rushes and staging. Spring-balanced, fully insulated doors seal in heat between bakes. A fully welded angle iron frame allows stacking up to three ovens high to scale capacity without expanding your footprint.
