Accommodating fourteen 18″ x 26″ full-size sheet pans or twenty-eight 12″ x 20″ hotel pans, the BC-20G accelerates workflows and tray turns. The roll-in TC-14 transport cart with 26 shelf positions pairs with a glass door and manual controls to simplify loading, monitoring, and adjustments.
Operators gain practical extras—(10) wire shelves, a vented drain assembly, water pressure regulator, hose and spray assembly, and spray bottle—for efficient setup and cleaning. A durable stainless steel exterior, 215,000 BTU gas performance, and a 1/2 hp motor support roasting, baking, steaming, and retherming across busy services.
