Its three hot full size buffet servers hold food items between 155° and 205°F. Each has its own independent control knob, allowing you to adjust temperatures for each individual server. They each have a clear polycarbonate roll-top lid to protect products from potential contaminates and to help maintain more consistent temperatures. It has 6 drawers for plate, silverware, condiments, and extra storage. This CBC-HHH-L1 is stainless steel with handles and has Flame Soapstone Red WilsonArt laminate panels.
