This Cadco CPG-20 Sandwich/Panini Grill is a healthy, convenient-to-use way to grill, press, and cook food for your customers. Its top plates are ribbed, while its bottom plates are smooth. This provides greater cooking flexibility while keeping the classic grilled-pressed appearance. The grilling areas are 9-7/8″ x 9-7/8″, proving ample cooking space for a variety of items. The CPG-20 uses an adjustable thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 700°F and its convenient power light lets employees know when the Panini Grill is still in use. It comes with a pull-out grease tray, cleaning scraper, and brass wool.
